This arrived on time and was well packed. I’m new User to the yoga wheel. This is a good strong wheel with good gripping material on the outside . I picked a the green wheel . You had a leaflet showing some moves you can try . I’m not sure if the is the ebook as advitised , I thought it would be a book as that’s how it looks on the site. Very happy with purchase I would happily recommend this wheel to friends and family

I've been wanting one of these for ages. It's really lightweight, sturdy and the grip works well on wooden floors. I'm yet to use this properly yet but I did an initial back stretch on it and found it comfortable. Can't wait to get using it properly in my daily routine. I ordered the pink one and LOVE the colour, it's so vibrant and would recommend.

Good service - arrived quickly. As for the actual wheel... to me, the point of yoga was always part exercise/flexibility/strengthening, but also part mindfulness/calm/tranquility. The yoga wheel is so wobbly that it really does add an element of danger to your usual peaceful yoga workout. I've used it twice now. The first time I slipped and got a massive bruise on my leg! The second time I managed, but had a number of close calls. Probably much better to just stick of actual yoga! I will say though that its good for pulsing moves and gradually stretching out legs into the splits. I'm going to keep using it for this - but only this. This thing really needs a giant warning label attached! If your balance isn't great, I'd avoid!

Looks great but for me perhaps too narrow and quite uncomfortable under my back but perhaps I just need to get used to it. I'd have preferred a thicker spongy layer as plastic wheel itself is very hard. Competitive price however and handy exercise sheet included for ideas on how best to use.
