These are odor free and easy to swallow. The ingredients include Zinc and other compounds shown to have some health benefits, and I think as part of an overall regimen they may be helpful for me. Since there's no downside and it's all part of an approach of trying to improve lots of stuff it can be tough to say one particular thing helps- but if you put good stuff in your body and take care of it, you'll feel and perform better, and this is part of that sort of a program.

This was a single 30-day supply, which is probably not long enough for the claimed benefits to develop. I'm not saying this product won't provide any value for you over the long term, but it didn't do anything for me in a limited period, so I'm giving it a middle-of-the-range rating.

I've taken tribulus terrestris supplements before and they're very effective for me. In order to get the benefits of it I must take it for at least 90 consecutive days because it's a herb and it takes time for the metabolism to respond to it. This one works great! I like taking it after dinner that it's in my opinion the best time for my metabolism to absorb better and make the most out of it.

This is 750mg of Tribulus per 3 capsule dose plus some other beneficial ingredients, but not much of each. They are average size capsules with some odor and not much aftertaste if you get them down quickly.

While this won't reverse aging or get you jacked, the ingredients in this supplement will keep you feeling younger than you are. 3 capsules are a tad high for a serving but these go down easy and not much of a negative. Tribulus terrestris and longjack are the 2 biggest ingredients that I like to see for men's health in the ingredients here.
