I got this specifically to pair with the Goetland 304 Stainless Steel US Military Mess Kit.Between these 2 extremely light weight items, both of which secure to the outside of my pack via the molle system, I have everything needed to cook up meals while in the woods!Will try to remember and update after actually getting a chance to use them
