I mixed this rice with brown basmati rice it’s got a lovely nutty flavour

Great for high alkaline diets
Excellent rice for those following a Dr Sebi style diet; nice big bag of wild rice. Smooth flavour, very versatile and doesn't bloat my stomache like standard rice.

Expensive
Too expensive! Taste nice and make a change from ordinary rice. Better to soak these before cooking and they take a lot longer to boil.

Good nutty taste
Takes around 45 mins cooking to be soft enough (but still have some bite).... good flavour and works well mixed with brown rice

This is very nice and cooks nice. You don't need as much as you do with other rice, it seems to expand more. I will never ever again knowingly purchase any other rice after reading the benefits this rice gives.
