Goes together very well. Keep in mind it is mainly for lower beds as it's not very tall and it's small. It's more suited for a kids room or a tiny house imo. Might be slightly overpriced for what it is. The app works well and the remote seems to do the same. The quality of the wood is what you might expect at this price point which is pretty decent. The fronts of the drawers/front is shiny smooth black but not too shiny. Overall installed it and it's well liked by the person using the room.

Poor quality
The product arrived defective;broken. Poor quality. This is the first time I’ve been asked to pay for postage for a return from an Amazon affiliated product. Highly dissatisfied

Damaged Lid & Worse Amazon Customer Service
The item arrived with damaged lids, so I contacted Amazon customer service. The representative, Ajnan or Anjman, made me wait under the pretense of sending an email, but no email ever arrived. It felt like she was just stalling to avoid receiving negative feedback. While the product itself is great and took about two hours to set up, the broken lid is incredibly frustrating. I don't want to return the item since it's already assembled, but I'm very disappointed with Amazon's customer service.
