The Milford Collection - July Birthstone - Ruby - Heart

The heart is lovely but I was disappointed not to receive it in the white gift box that these items are usually seen in. Instead it arrived in a very small plain brown cardboard box, just big enough to fit the heart in, with a Milford sticker on it. It was bought as a gift for a 30th birthday so would have been nice to have been presented in a better fashion. No mention of the packaging and presentation was made or shown on the website. It would help buyers to know how the item will be packaged and received and would avoid disappointment.

Bought it as a gift for my mum to go with her birth glass heart .. A way to remember my dad , her husband .. two hearts entwined forever

Although I received the wrong item at first gift of glass responded immediately to my email and made sure I had the correct item in plenty of time for the birthday I had purchased it for as a gift.The heart was slightly smaller than I expected but that was perhaps because I didn’t check the size before ordering.
