Great fit
The earmuffs are a PAIN to attach, but once everything is together the sizing is very customizable - even for smaller heads. I think I have the chin strap as tight as it can go, and while not super tight on me, it is tight enough to be safe. Haven't had the opportunity to field test it yet, but I'm sure it'll hold up.

Excellent
Definitely one of the best hard hats in the game! Upon arrive it was quick and easy to assemble. I really enjoy having the ear muffs and googles all in one. The hard hat feels solid and functional. I have nothing but good things to say. A couple of personal things that would be really cool is if they made a Bluetooth ear muff option and if they could figure out a different material for the hard hat chin strap. It feels slimy and slippery when you start to sweat!!
