Fab neck. Some adjustments needed at home.
The neck is really well made and looks stunning. It fit perfectly to my 1980's mij stratocaster. I was apprehensive about the soft v neck profile, thinking it would be really thick, but it wasn't a problem. The neck feels smooths and nice in the hand. The neck is made in Mexico (says America in the blurb). In terms of tuners the holes are drilled for vintage style tuners. I had a set of fender standard tuners and these were too thick. The only downside is that the truss rod adjustment is at the base of the neck, so you will have to take the neck off to make adjustments. My neck turned up not needing adjustment. The other thing to mention is that holes are pre drilled for tuners, and to screw the neck into the body. The nut needs some filing. It has been stated, but the slots are incomplete. You will also need to drill holes for a string tree.

Good
I bought this neck to fit onto a 90's USA Stratocaster and it fits perfect, the neck plays really well, the v shape on this neck is not too different to most other necks I use. The truss rod adjuster is at the body end.

Good quality neck, needed a little work.
Overall this fender neck is a great player the soft v design really suits my playing style, although I was well aware of the uncut nut on this replacement neck I wasn't expecting several high frets, not a problem as I do my own fret dressing but it may well be an issue for someone buying this to put straight onto a guitar.

Nuts!
A good quality replacement neck for my 60's Classic Mexican Stratocaster. But the nut comes uncut, and I'm not sure why that is the case actually. I'm sure they could come with a basic cut so you could at least use it until it has had time to settled down under string tension. It does come with guide slots, but they are in the wrong place anyway, so totally useless. I decided to try and cut them myself. Not a job I had ever tried before, so had to find some nut files on Amazon. They were not up to the job. Nor was I actually. Now I need a replacement nut. I'll be taking it to a good luthier. More unnecessary expense.

Wow, what a fantastic neck!
Ok, I'm a snob. I admit it. If it's not vintage or boutique, I'll look down my nose at it. I was in a bind, I needed a 50's style Strat neck with the features I wanted right away. Normally I would find a Musikraft neck on Reverb. Srbled across this neck instead and decided to try it. Boy, am I glad I did! This is a true hidden gem among the reissue pau ferro garbage! Nice soft V profiles feels great! No bulky shoulders. Medium jumbo frets and 9.5 radius means low action and NO choking when bending strings! Vintage tuners mount right up with no problem. Neck bolted right up to my MJT body with no shims. Pilot slots on the nut makes final slot filing a breeze. I use the Music Nomad nut files. Frets were perfect, no levelling needed. Installed a Fender reissue string tree and it's all good. Neck plays and feels great! Has a gloss poly finish front and back with no ridiculous overly orange aged finish. With the soft V profile and lack of excessive shoulder, I don't miss or feel the need for rolled fingerboard edges. This is a great neck, grab one before they screw up and discontinue it!!!

Sinon super manche !!!
