The media could not be loaded. It works exactly as intended. I tested my diamonds and I tested CZ. It recognized my diamonds and not the CZ. I haven’t tested the scale or the other items yet but I know they’ll work great when I need them. This is a great inexpensive tester, that works as intended. It is a bit loud but that’s ok. It’s just a diamond tester so it’s not going to beep just for fun lol. It’s super easy to use, and has a good nose point, to touch the stones. I would absolutely recommend this particular set. It’s worth every penny
