Many of them didnt work and they had a sharp wire kids got poked with
The quality here is lacking, lots of them didn't work and there is a sharp wire on them that many of them were poking kids fingers after a few uses.

Did was it is meant for and more. The kids loved using it for noise making more than blowers. They are smaller than I thought.
