These hoverboards seem to be junk. I ordered this hoverboard and it did not work. It would not hold a charge. It would turn on when tethered to an AC plug but what immediately shut down when unplugged.Customer service is an absolute joke. It takes them two days before they respond to a Facebook message and when they do they ask for proof of purchase. Then take another 2 days in order to respond. This is a wonderful business model if you want to make sure that you can drag something out long enough until you can't return the product.But instead of sending helpful information along with the request for the product purchase information they decide to hold that information hostage until you bow to their demands. Imagine if you gave a hoverboard as a gift and the recipient asked for help. They would get none from this company.Stay as far away as you can from this company and their products that are nothing more than paper weights. Of course it could be considered useless as a paperweight as it could easily roll off of the papers.

Very disappointed with this purchase. I returned the one I purchased for a refund. I bought it for my 12yo son for Christmas. When I received it the box was beat all to hell & banged up quite a bit. Once he opened it, it wouldn’t turn on at all. We put it on charge & it would only turn on while it was on charge & plugged in. The left side would light up green, but the right side would turn this very dim orangish color & looked as if the light was burning out or something or wasn’t getting very much power. So now after spending over $200, my son has to sit & wait for my refund to be processed to my Amazon account so we can order a different one. I sent it back earlier this week & I’m still waiting for my refund! It angers me severely bc my son will be having open heart surgery in March & will be unable to use a hoverboard for a while until he heals completely during his recovery, & we now have to wait for who knows how long until he receives one that actually works properly, taking away from what little bit of time he has between now & March!!! Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND! Poor service, poor shipping, horrible quality, & ridiculous wait time for a refund over their poor product!!!
