Nurse
I am a full time working RN and I go through at least 2 pairs of scissors a year (most of the time I lend them out and don't get them back ) :) I like the black finish and that they will not open randomly in my pockets. When you grab them there always closed. My last pair would always flop open they were so loose at the hinge pin. The fact they are a 2 for 1 is even better ; )

Best trauma shears I've had.
I use these so many times every day. I am a cardiac nurse, EMT, and also work part-time as a veterinary tech. I also carried a pair on me in combat.Pros:Perfect size, not the full size model. These carry better.I like the blackened blades versus silver/metal.Very sharp and cut great.Last around six months of continued use.Cons:None .

No good unfortunately.
I was excited to get these they are my favorite color but unfortunately my first time using them they broke. As soon as I started cutting the patients pants the plastic finger pieces broke right off. Workig in EMS I need to be able to rely on my equipment because the time taken to find another pair of scissors in the truck is time taken away from the patient.

Great but not long lasting
I like having the smaller shears because they're more comfortable in my pocket. People are always surprised when I whip these out and they cut through clothes in a trauma without issue. Only complaint is I've had them about a year and now they're not holding up as well. They don't stay closed when I pull them out because the hinge is loose and they don't cut as well (but that can be attributed to use).

Great scissors
This is a third pair! These ate very sturdy, tape doesn’t stick! Fits hands comfortably. Awesome. This pair is to replace a pair somebody swiped at 1 of the hospitals I worked at recently. Guess they liked them too! They fit nicely into a leg side pocket. There is a pocket FOR scissors in the koi pants. I use it! Buy a pair, you’ll love them.

Perfect
I'm an ED nurse, go through these like water. I love ones that stand out a bit, so they aren't as easily mistaken as someone else's. These do the job. True to description.

Cute and a great price.
Cute pink color! I ordered for Nursing school and looked at several stores before purchasing this one. I like the bright pink and that the fluoride coating should keep them from getting sticky when I cut tape. The ones in the stores were less cute and more expensive.

Love these
As a nurse, I use these shears to cut through cloth quickly. The fluoride coating allows me to cut tape without the sticky residue. I got the smaller 5.5 inch size because I have small hands and they fit very nicely in my scrub pockets. These are my third pair now. I replace them about once a year.

Arrived quickly, 5 year warrenty
Very nice product, given 4 stars as only had a little while. 5 year warranty gives you some idea how the manufacturers trust their production methods and quality control. Cuts through cotton based cloth with ease. Perfectly suitable for cutting through most clothing material. I have yet to try and leather / bikers clothing. Fine serrated teeth on one edge Should make like work of most materials very sharp. nice feel whilst in the hand.

A decent pair of medical scissors that is likely to be disposable when worn or when they become dull.
The serrated on the scissors add some needed bite when compared to ordinary office or kitchen types. However, it doesn't necessarily make them two times sharper than most scissors on the market. I found them only marginally better when cutting regular materials. Rather these are tougher and can endure cutting through tough and thick materials, as the angle of cutting and 420 stainless steel aids in this task. Cutting plastic clam shell packages is very easy with these rescue scissors. They added a fluoride coating that actually prevents most adhesives from sticking, but, after a few uses they have worn off the cutting edge and where the two parts meet. I doubt the coating will last for any amount of time when being used in the field. The pair that I received has a slight flaw in terms of how straight the scissors are, especially in regards to the cutting edge on the blunted tip. Instead of putting all the force between the two cutting edges, the edges actually end up grinding against each other. The 'increased force' due to the angle and bite of the serrations becomes counterproductive when you need to put more effort into cutting when compared to regular scissors.
