Received used item
The item I purchased is the item I received, but when I opened it, the item was disheveled (pieces of fabric sticking out of it) and had handprints all over the front of it. There was no plastic protective cover on the keypad as the instructions indicated. It is obvious that the item I received was not new and unused. I expected new.

No idea how to get in
Canât get into the product directions from the instructions are not for this particular device totally totally wack âŚâŚ been having bad luck with product vs what you get with Amazon products need to do better !!!!!
