I got these for PT as I have a really bad shoulder issue. My doctor and PT instructor advised I get one of these for home. I love the cloth version vs a metal clamp as not all doors are the same. These work perfect at my home as we have no gap for one of the hanger types of things. I even put these in my sling bag and took them to PT. My instructors liked these as well. Highly recommend. They are lightweight easy to use and put on doors. The wood handles are very nice as well.

Recommended home PT exercise gear that is easy to use and quality made.

This was recommended to me by my physical therapist to aid in my recovery from reverse shoulder replacement. This is the same item they use in their clinic. It may be priced a couple of dollars more than similar items on Amazon but in MHO it's quality and the support that you get from RangeMaster is well worth it.

When unpacked after shipment, one of the pulley handles had become separated during shipment, so I had to finish THEIR assembly. That was the reason for my initial poor rating. However, once assembled, this shoulder pulley works really well. I like the mounting web strap in the top-of-door seam -vs. the other models that mount, also at top of door, BUT they use a metal bracket that may or may not every the top-of-door seam, or/and will eventually wear dents, scratches or mar the door’s finish. This item’s strap is slick, works as good or better, and stays seated under active, heavy use. The pulley mechanism is quiet and works smoothly. Glad I purchased it, and I do recommend you do the same.

Great product, a must after shoulder surgery

This item is equivelant to what the use at my therapy office. It's very inexpensive, you could not buy the parts and make it for the price offered.
