If I could give this 4.5 stars, I would. 4 stars seems too harsh for the issue of a scoop with a handle that's about 2 inches long meaning that by the time you've used around a half of it, you have to use another implement just to fish the scoop out of the bottom of the container.It seems petty, but its really annoying.The shake itself tastes pretty good, and it's effect as a recovery aid is fantastic. I'll be buying it again (along with a longer handled scoop!)

After workouts i add a spoon to myProtien shake, adds a bit of sweetnessTo my otherwise bland protien powder.I find it reduces my recovery time andPain...without pain i would feel like i worked out. Recomended. Mixes well and tastes great. I'v used it for the past 4 years.

First time i tried this years ago, i wasnt sure i'd like the taste. I'm not a fan of chocolate drinks, but having tried another manufacturers Strawberry powder and didnt like the taste, i thought i'd try this one. It was recommended to me by a friend whose into the MTB scene and did a lot of training and taking supplements for muscle growth, energy gains and recovery.I run and MTB as well as normal exercise at times so thought why not? And i can say, it does feel as if my recovery after a workout is less painful. Muscles hurt less and i spend less time aching afterwards.I've tried it with milk and plain water and can say, its better with water. I normally use 3 scoops to get the flavour i like (so maybe more than i should use), but its nice. Teh choloclate isnt overly powerful and doesnt leave you with a sickly feeling in your stomach like other chocolate drinks.Get the bigger tub for better savings and it'll last you a fair while.

Excellent product, mixes well with both water and milk. Try adding 30ml of cherry juice. 😉

Got this flavour in error, meaning to order strawberry as usual. I like chocolate but hate chocolate flavour things if that makes sense.But this is actually quite pleasant, moreso even than strawberry. I don't think it really tastes of anything- it's certainly not like having a chocolate drink. It's more just generically sweet - I find it very easy to drink and will probably stuck with it now

I'm a recent convert to trying these recovery shakes but as I used to use Slimfast but can't see the Vegetarian symbol on SF I thought i'd try one of these.Chocolate flavour doesn't appeal to me in the slightest but the Strawberry does and it's nice.I use with oat milk and as others have said it doesn't mix very well, i have to use a small amount and whisk before adding more milk.I'm not a doctor or anything like that but i do exercise for a minimum of an hour nearly every day and I've found that after a run of 20k or upwards having a shake pretty soon afterwards is helping my recovery a lot....which is what you want.I would say though, the packaging is (not allowed to swear ) 5 h 1 t....unless you have the hand of a child trying to get the powder out when it's half way down just isn't going to happen without a proper metal spoon....Sort the packaging out and it'll be a lot better

I've tried a few protein shakes for after gym sessions and this is the best for my digestive system - I have had mild indigestion with some other brands but this one suits me fine - just be aware we are all different so might not be the same for everyone!It dissolves easily in a shaker and has a pleasant taste with no lingering after taste.

I have tried quite a few different recovery drinks over the year. I was expecting this to taste like strawberry but it sort of tastes like having a mouthful of butter. I definitely will not be buying this flavor again.

Pagate un prezzo davvero irrisorio, gli ingredienti sono tecnicamente molto buoni ma soprattutto ciò che apprezzo di più è la digeribilità, nonostante sia un mass gainer vero e proprio, non appesantisce e non crea fastidi particolari. Nota dolente il sapore, anche se si miscela abbastanza facilmente e non lascia grumi, il sapore non è molto buono, ma nemmeno imbevibile, assolutamente. Nel complesso lo consiglio.
