Handles well when you don’t need a big knife!

I'm far from an expert on knives, but I have bought a number of them, from the super cheap sets, to something like this knife. It came out of the box amazingly sharp. It's well balanced, and I like the Naikiri style for cutting vegetables.It is my go to knife in the kitchen, and I bought a second one that's still in the box. Which may end up as a gift for someone who needs a good knife.

Excellent choice, you can’t go wrong

Other people complained that the handle had sharp points that hurt or annoyed them. That wasn't the case with the one I got. My handle is fine. I just got the knife and it came sharp and so far I really enjoy it except for onions which stick to the sides.
