Every time I order from Harts, I'm impressed with the quality of tea, and surprised that the price is so low for such good tea. I also love their packaging, and the postcard stories they include. I do wish they would be a little more careful inking their stamps, though, because sometimes I can't fully read the text.They even sent me a nice card with a little something extra that complemented what I already bought, because I made a large order. The whole experience made me very happy!

I have ordered Harts tea several times now, and I don’t plan to stop— but I will be ordering directly from their website from now on. I tried at least seven of the teas over the past two years, and I finished every single package— in part because I got my roommates hooked. I was lucky to find a brand that provides such high quality products for such reasonable prices as a college student. They usually add freebies to your order (this time, they gave me a free full size!) and always add cute postcards. Couldn’t recommend enough!
