I utilise this tape for strapping up my ankle. It was simple to use, it sticks well and holds. I can feel the support around my ankle. Great value for money as I e used more expensive brands for the same outcome before now.

Needed to support heels due to plantir fasciitis really supportive with good adhesion

Very stick but the strips are a little long for what I needed.Also it peels really easily.Wouldn’t buy this again

My skin is not sensitive. Unfortunately the tape ripped the skin from my neck after first use. I would not recommend this at all.

Since it comes in precuts on a roll it is very easy to use. Just ripp off as much as you need, peel off a little corner and apply it on the spot you need it. Sticks very good (on oil free and dry skin). Helped me with my shoulder pain. Definitely worth the money.

For the price , these tapes do their job. I haven't had any issue yet. The only thing is make sure you apply them before your workout or performance. They don't like sweat
