This is one of the best splints I’ve bought, thumb is a bit long but ok, but it is ok, but not the best fit the Velcro is a bit too long so I’ve wrapped a small bandage to keep end tidy. Where you have the metal splint the material is thin, so I found it hurt my hand, but I found some sponge and cut it to shape and it works perfectly, I’ve been wearing this splint 24/7 since it arrived with my slight adjustments, so for me it is doing the job, my problem is a Trigger Thumb and it is helping and keeps my thumb straight and pain free, I’m pleased, the material is thin so doesn’t get hot, and there is plenty of material to the strap around the wrist, so yes I would recommend it with the few adjustments I’ve made, but it is bulky and difficult to do stuff, but it seems to be helping my thumb which is why I bought it

Comes in one size (I believe) - I suffer from De Quervains and wanted to keep my thumb in line, especially at night.Pluses - it does keep the thumb in line. Velcro strong.Minuses - not a great fit. I have quite small hands and the wrists, strapping fits very tight but the worst part was the length of the thumb - too long for my hands. And the metal bar would slip down onto the wrist. I also found it uncomfortable to wear, so would wake me up.

I have tried numerous hand/wrist supports specifically for tendonitis and this is by far the best. I now stick to the following regiment, which controlls it pretty well and decreases the length of affliction time:*Use my regular pain medication*Twice daily hand exercises, these are incredibly important to aid quick recovery*Flexiseq, max strength' cream (also available on Amaxon)*At night I wear this hand support, occasionally popping it on during the day during bad flare-ups in pain.This support is pretty comfortable, once you're used to wearing it and have adjusted the tension to your liking. Due to the placement of the rod, It gives much needed, excellent support to the thumb and wrist. I highly recommend this product.

Product isn’t any good at all, I have size 9 glove hands and this doesn’t fit at all, it’s way too big for me so how it would fit a woman is beyond meIt has no support to my thumb whatsoever, I can literally move my thumb in every locationDon’t buy waste of money

Arrived quickly, is of good quality and easy to use. Provided instant relief. what i would say though is not quite large enough to go round my wrist and that velcro is rough, but layer of cloth, under the area sorts that and the metal bar slips out if not pushed up and support not in right position. That said I would definatly still buy again.

I have de-quervain tendonitis and have tried several different splints/supports and this one is perfect, after only wearing for a short time I felt the support I needed and the pain reduced massively!! I have small hands so the thumb bit is a little long but it's a small price to pay for the comfort recieved!! Definitely worth a try!!

This is an effective splint - albeit cumbersome to wear. When wearing the splint it is awkward to use computer keyboard. Writing is also almost impossible when wearing the splint.Surely, there must be the technology to create an effective splint that is not SO cumbersome.The splint is one-size, the tab at the thumb is a little too long; the excess gets in the way.After a while of wearing, it is a relief to take it off - but that is probably the 'injury' and not the fault of the splint itself.Hope this is helpful.

It works fine in providing support. Just a little too big for those with small (adult) hands. Even if the product allows for adjustments in size (meant as a "one-size-fits-all"), my thumb was not "long" enough to reach comfortable the thumb part of the support.

exactamente lo que quería. la entrega fue rápida. Producto de gran calidad y muy cómodo de llevar. Excelente relación calidad-precio. Traté de pedir un segundo pero estaba agotado. Definitivamente lo recomiendo si tiene una lesión en la muñeca o el pulgar. inmoviliza bien el pulgar. El único aspecto negativo fue que el velcro del pulgar era demasiado largo y sobresalía, así que lo corté un poco. Ahora es perfecto.

Un prodotto valido, confezionato bene e di buona qualità. Solo una piccola osservazione per il velcro sul pollice. Quel quadratino è veramente troppo corto. Sarebbe bastato un po' più lungo ed era perfetto. Ho rimediato applicandone un pezzo adesivo.. Stringe un po troppo se si cerca di sovrapporre i lati della polsiera, altrimenti il velcro sotto, gratta sulla pelle.Per il resto, si! mi sento di consigliarlo sia per il polso che per il pollice. 10€ ben spesi.

Ich erwarb diese Bandage um eine Arthritis der rechten Hand zu heilen. Neben verordneten NSAR trage ich diese Bandage vor allem in der Nacht und bei geringen Handhabungen. Sie unterstützt sehr gut den Heilungsverlauf und ich fühle mich sicherer damit, weil man damit keine unbewußten Tätigkeiten ausführen kann. Sehr gutes dehnungsfähiges Material. Ich kann diese Bandage sehr gut weiterempfehlen.

Suite a une tendinite de Quervain qui ne passait pas, et après avoir essayé une attelle qui n’a pas aidé, j’ai acheté ce modèle sans r te op croire et en fait c est parfait : il maintient le pouce et le poignet sans trop serrer (réglage grâce à bandes velcros) et ça soulage beaucoup. Je ne la porte pour ma part que la nuit
