Really good for keeping cool

These pads are excellent for 10-15 minutes and provide instant cooling relief, but will stop feeling cool after a while, turning it over doesn't work, so you'll need to use the other one (I'm glad they come in a set of 2). You can reuse after about 10 minutes, but for obvious reasons you don't want to keep changing them over when trying to sleep. Hence my only giving them 4 stars. However, great to fall asleep on and use in the night if you wake up feeling hot. Helpful for menopause symptoms. Although fine to put under a pillow case, I prefer to place mine on top of the case and lay my head directly on it for a full cooling affect, as I found if under a pillow case, its not as cooling and creases up. I do recommend this item though.

This product really helped me to sleep. Felt so lovely and cool when you get into bed. It comes in a bag which is easily reusable to put the mats back in the fridge to cool.

Saved me in 30C+ heat. Cooling down. Do recomend.
