Overall, I gave this vacuum a four. The reason it did not get a five was strictly due to the handling ability. When standing up straight, it measures 45 inches tall. I am 62 inches and therefore, when holding this vacuum out in front, I have to bend my elbow in a position that is not comfortable to me . It also has a decorative edging in a zigzag pattern around the on off switch housing and again, because of its length I had to grip higher on the handle. Within three minutes of vacuuming, I rubbed the skin at the V portion of my thumb and index finger raw on that edging. Even after repositioning my hand on the handle, I found that it still rested in that same spot on my hand. I wish there was a way to adjust the length of it. It did do a good job of picking up crumbs, dust and pet hair. It rolls easy on both carpeted and wood flooring. It was also easy to empty the trash receptacle. The vacuum head base has little wheels that sometimes have a mind of their own and swivel slightly as you’re trying to maneuver it. It is a good product for the price. For a taller person, this might be your thing, but for me, I don’t think I would purchase another one strictly because it is not comfortable for me. When you have to do house work, you might as well have some thing that’s comfortable to use.

As a grandpappy, use this to clean up little messes kids leave on bare floor, rugs, or in chairs. Suction is pretty good. Vacuum has light, two suction levels, (normal, extra strong), and homes apart to use as hand held dust buster. Clever tube comes partially undone, allowing vacuum to go under furniture...it bends at almost 90° angle. Lightweight machine, stands upright on its own, easy to dump dirt.Don't buy this to clean large place, but for small residence or touch ups, it works well. Does not recharge very quickly. It sucks dirt up pretty well, rug or floor.

I purchased this for my new place and have tested it out over the last month. It's a great lightweight vacuum to have for bare floors and very short carpet, but I wouldn't recommend it for deeper carpets, as it simply doesn't have enough suction to reach deep down. The battery power lasts about 20 minutes on the highest power suction, which is fine because no one wants to vacuum longer than that! LOL It's very easy to clean out and switch parts. I have both birds and a cat, and this thing picks up all feathers, bird seed, fur, and remnants of what was once cat toys. The beater bar pops in and out easily to clear it of any hair or trapped items. Overall I am very happy with this vacuum and would highly recommend!

I like the battery life and mobility of the vacuum, especially that it can get under the couch with ease. My only complaint is that it gets clogged easily. On both ends, whether it’s at the bottom by the spin brush, or the part that opens to the canister. It just gets clogged in between the opening and the metal filter. I don’t know what would fix this but it requires me to stop and have to unclog it before it’s anywhere near full. I have dogs and have to vacuum often, so it’s a little frustrating. I clear the roller brush and clear it out after every use, but it just can’t seem to handle hair very well.

I just got a new Prettycare W400 after having another of these items which I ordered in 2022. I have to first commend the customer service for Prettycare. I had a previous W100 model that I really enjoyed, but after a short time of use, I had issues with it recharging. Even though it was over the normal 30 days return time, the company was willing to allow me to update to a newer model of the Prettycare while receiving a refund for the 2022 purchase. So, just their willingness to work with me in getting a new machine gets my vote for them!! KUDOS! to great customer service. Thus far, I love the new cleaner. It's quiter than the W100, the suction works very well for small cleaning jobs (which is why I love these cleaners). I LOVE the new purple color option, and the stand alone feature is awesome, so it doesn't fall over when I let go of the handle. Also, it has a bendable wand feature that is truly helpful to get underneath the furniture. I haven't had chance to take more pictures, but right now, I really like this product & would recommend it if you're in the market for a smaller vacuum for those day to day clean-ups. I don't think you'll be disappointed!

I bought this to use in my rabbit room and it does the job. I put it on the highest setting and after I am done, all of the hair is picked up from the short fabric carpet and hardwood floor. I am very impressed with this unit. Because I only use it for this one room, the battery last for two days of cleaning. I also like this over a regular vacuum because the motor is higher off the floor so it isn’t blowing the hair around.

I love using this daily ! My only concern are finding the pieces to replace like the brush i don’t see it available on the website and mine starting to look beat up now lol overall great for the price.!!

This vacuum surprised me with how easy it is to push and how strong it actually is. There are two buttons on top of the vacuum - one is a power button and the other changes the suction strength. There is a normal suction strength and then one that is stronger. I always use the stronger setting and the vacuum seems to pick up everything with ease. I've used it on carpet and on tiles and haven't really had any issues. The only struggle I've had so far is the hair tool isn't as strong as I wanted for curtains but it could be user error. I will definitely say that using this vacuum after my regular standing one, I can see a major difference. This vacuum picks up far more hair and dirt that my regular vacuum misses. I've been using this vacuum only lately because of it.

購入手続きをして 2〜3日で届きました。以前 使っていた W100よりも 若干 甲高い音がして うるさいかも❗️と思いましたが 慣れてきました。吸い込みがとても良くて 嬉しいです。以前使っていたものは 何度か不調になり その都度 ご連絡して 新しい部品を送ってもらったりしていました。今回も パワーヘッドのローラーが回らなくなってしまったのと ライトがつかなくなってしまったため ご連絡しました。毎回 素晴らしい対応をしていただけて 信頼しているメーカーさんですが 今回は 交換の対象になる パイプが 届くまでに2ヶ月かかってしまうとのことで この W400を 代替えとして 購入し W100の分の 返金をしていただけるとのご提案を 夏目さんの方から いただきました。W100自体は 気に入っていたのですが 新しい掃除機も使ってみたいと思い ご提案をお受けする事にしました。このメーカーさんは 5年保証をしてくれていたり アフターケアがしっかりしています。以前 他のメーカーさんの掃除機を 同じくAmazonさんを通して購入しましたが 買ってすぐに調子が悪くなり メールしてみても返事がなく メーカー保証が切れるギリギリにもメールした所 数日して連絡があって もう諦めて欲しいと言われました。そんなこともあったし 日本のメーカーさんでもなかったので 不安要素はあったものの 口コミ評価も良かったので W100を購入しました。本当に 購入して良かったです‼️今回の夏目さんの対応は とくに丁寧で親切だったので 安心出来ましたが 他の皆さんもそうです。信頼出来るメーカーさんだと思っています。また 調子が悪くなったら ご連絡させてもらいますし もし もう1台 掃除機を買う事になったら PRETTYCAREさんの掃除機を 購入すると思います。

前回似たような掃除機を買って、すぐに故障にならないのか不安はあります。

w100から買い換えました。大きく変わった点として変わった点として本体自立とパイプが曲がるという点がありますが個人的には得にメリットはありませんでした。ただ、フィルター内部の構造について、w100の場合、内側のフィルターがギザギザになっておりそこにたまったホコリをとるのに毎回苦労していましたが、今回はそこがなくなっていたのでメンテナンス性は上がっていると思います。また、電池切れを知らせるライトの点滅も前よりわかりやすくなっていると思います。現在はクーポンで1万円以下で買えるので、戸建て（２階建）で使う分には十分な性能だと思います。

日本製コードレス掃除機の代わりを探して、これに決めました。中国製に不安はありましたが、軽いし、パワーもあるLED不要と思ってたのですが、意外と便利今のところ、価格以上の品質です。ただヘッドが左右に曲がりやす、直進にコツがいるようです。
