I had a total shoulder replacement. Wanted to heal faster than 2 days a week at therapy so i bought this bc this is what therapy had me doing. Well i got so good doing it every day that all the other exercises were easier & easier. I finished therapy 8 visits after i started. 1 month of 2 visits a week. But you have to do it and do it correctly.

Easy to assemble and it comes with a lot of support. When you register your purchase there are helpful videos. Great product.

When I ran out of PT appointments through my insurance, my orthopedist recommended I continue some of my exercises at home. The exercise with this device are particularly effective for my rotator cuff, and I was delighted to find this pulley system. My only disappointment was that it came with no instructions. I'm fairly intelligent, but chemo brain still lingers, so I had to wait for my husband to return from his business trip to install it. It works great! Very easy to adjust for height and range of motion. So grateful this is available, and at such a great price.

This is a must have after rotator cuff surgery, I was required to purchase it. And Ive used it every day for a month and a half and its been extremely beneficial to my recovery.

This one is so much better than the one at my PT office. The handles are much more comfortable and I love that you can use it on a wall without a door. Very happy with my purchase

Easy enough to assemble using the photos in the listing (no instructions included). Fits perfectly on the door. Nice and quiet - no squeaking! As others mentioned, it didn't look super strong, but it's holding up well to my thrice daily exercise as I recover from shoulder surgery.

Easy to use and install

Got this to stretch out my frozen shoulder. Simple, easy to set up, operates smoothly and does the job. Can't imagine where I would be without it. No complaints whatsoever. Highly recommend.Online support is cool too.
