Love, love this! I have headaches all the time and take injections for them. Wish it would stay colder a bit longer than it does, but probably for the best as probably shouldn't keep my head cold for way too long.

I bought this a couple months ago hoping that it would help my headaches. It was comfortable and lightweight but I was disappointed that it didn’t stay cold very long. I was able to keep it on for about 15-20 minutes then having to put it back in the freezer because the cold wore out.

I don’t usually write amazon reviews but maybe this will save others some money. This ice pack is a total ripoff!! It stays cold for about 15-20 min which is useless!!! It was substantial enough weight and well crafted and I thought it would really hold the cold so I ordered 2 extras and wish I could cancel!! Choose something else!! Maybe I can cut the cloth to slip in a plastic covered gel pac so I can at least get some use out of it. Buyer beware!!! You have to choose at least one star to submit but this deserves a big fat goose egg ZERO!!!!

Gifted two people with this wrap and every one seems to really like it because it’s soft and flexible even when chilled. Good product

love to use it very cold

The gel only stays cold for a short period of time...maybe a half hour...disappointed!

I perpersonally need something that lasts much longer for my migraines.
