I purchased this item in 2017, and it lasted three years before the temperature gauge packed in. It was very easy to fit, and I've been very impressed with it. For a product that lasted three years I think it was excellent value for money, especially when compared with the potential alternative cost of a plumber. The price has increased £8 since I last purchased it, and a 27% price increase over three years felt a bit much to me, so I've seen other similar looking items at a cheaper price and I'll be replacing it with one of those. However, had those not been available I would have been happy enough with the quality of this item to purchase it again.

The shower fitting was not appropriate. I discovered the plumbing on my current shower mixer is cold to left, hot to right.. I checked with supplier. The mixer will not work this way and I was told I could not user the mixer with the shower hose upwards. This was not the suppliers fault. They delivered quickly and answered my questions when I had doubts. I thought the fitting looked good and seemed sturdy and I would have been happy to use it had it not been for an error made by a plumber probably long deceased!

Ordered yesterday, arrived today, fitted, working and tested in five minutes, fantastic! It looks, feels very well built and solid and came with all the parts - pipe fittings, gauze washers, decor covers, PTFE tape and allen key. I was just replacing a faulty mixer bar which leaked at one of the joints, and which I couldn't seem to cure, so easy to fit as all the fittings were already in place and now I've got a set of spares. Not only that, I no longer have a leak at the joints, brilliant! Some of the negative comments on here don't bear any resemblance to my experience, I suspect that some folk didn't know what they were doing when fitting, or didn't read the description properly and ended up with an unsuitable product for their needs.

This was a replacement for an existing unit. Easy to install, however could not use the supplied bezels behind the nuts as pipe threads did not protrude far enough. Simply re-used the existing items. This mixer is far better at maintaining the selected temperature during use, and because it has temperature markings on the mixer control it is easy for individuals to quickly set their desired temperature.

This was a great purchase. It arrived promply and within 10 minutes no joke it was fitted. Seems to work really well exactly what i wanted. Very easy to install. Anyone with a little bit of know how can fit it. Very basic knowledge of plumbing required. I would highly recommend. Great value.

Ok, they will look just like the price you paid for them, they do not ooze style, but works as expected. Fitted for a while now, no issues.

Goid product bought 2 and one when delivered was wet in side and when installed was clearly faulty and leaked and l suspect it had already been returned.

Brilliant product - really solid and heavy duty. Looks beautiful. One star deducted because the installation instructions are terrible - they look like some copy of the engineering production specifications! However it is not difficult to determine how to install it, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. Looks, feels, and works like a much more expensive item.
