Not exactly as advertised
Love the Happy Birthday sign, however, it did not come with string to hang it. You have to assemble the toppers to the sticks with the sticky tiles they give you, but they look as described. What is not as described are the balloons. All of the balloons are plain, there are no designs on any of them. So, some parts are cool, but now I have to buy string and the balloons could’ve been bought at any party store.
