Degraded because of bad storage
I've ordered these before and they were wonderful. Green, soft, squishy, sugar-coated lime-flavored candies. A candy you have a hard time not eating too much of. A lot like a gummy bear but flat, round and coated in sugar crystals. What arrived today are stale, hardened and yellowed, some more than others. The use-by date on the package (which is not a Sunkist package) is December 2026. But they have obviously been stored either in a sunny or hot location, or both. The degradation is obvious, you don't have to be any kind of expert to see it. Since they are not in a Sunkist package and they arrived the day after I ordered them, in January, the problem is not with Sunkist or the delivery person. Amazon says that the purchase can't be returned, so I'm left disappointed and feeling cheated.
