I bought these since my kids already love their Viahart brain flakes and needed more than the 600 piece Viahart set we bought. There are pros & cons to both.Pros: More flakes for the money, these hold together better, same size diameter as other brandCons: Thinner thickness which could lead to easier breakage, kids liked having a larger variety of colors, Viahart came w/ a handful of the 'sticks' that allowed a bit more of creativity, these are NOT compatible w/ the Viahart flakes

Ordered the 1400 piece set and it arrived within 2 days (thanks prime delivery)1. Kids loved it and started playing with them.2. They found that there were about 8 or so pieces were warped/bent missing pieces.3. I contacted the company and within 3 days there was not only a replacement for those pieces but they sent a WHOLE new box of 600 pieces AND a play drawing set in addition to that.AMAZING customer service. Awesome folk and I am now a lifelong happy customer.I'd give them 6 stars if I could!

My kids came home with samples of this toy from school, and we quickly realized that they loved playing with this toy. My three boys have built something from this set every single day since it was delivered to our home. It is even entertaining for adults to play by themselves or alongside the kids for hours of endless fun.we noticed that there were 2 pieces that were not formed correctly in the bin, and I did contact the company to request replacements. Not only did we get a gallon sized bag filled to the top with replacements, which was a pleasant surprise to see, they sent us another product of their for our kids to try out. The boys loved building the gliders and flying them in our backyard together.The boys have made every items that is in their booklet that came with this toy, as well as other items from their own imagination. We have a special needs kiddo that struggles with fine motor skills that is able to make his creations all on his own without any help from an adult. This toy is definitely going to enable all of the boys to use their imagination, while strengthening their fine motor skills at the same time. I highly recommend this toy if you are looking for something unique to challenge ourselves to think outside the box.I am impressed with the company who went above and beyond to respond to a customers concern, as well as their unique product line to keep kids busy without using batteries or electronics. They responded within a week with the replacements that was sent to our home.

If my boys leave any on the floor and I step on them at night I barely realize it, verses stepping on those Legos which will have you Screaming in pain lol...My 3 boys (11-13 y.o.) spent over two hours when we initially receive this box. There were enough pieces to go around so they were not bickering and fighting. The booklet is not to creative, but I challenge my boys to build bigger and different things. I asked him to build me a plane and of course they said they couldn't, can't, too hard! LOL... Check out the pics they got together and built me a big 747! When they're done after I display their artwork for a week, everything fits neatly back into the small box.These flakes easily snap together & apart so any child can play and be creative.What's not to love?!Yes, 5 stars!

Although thinner than I expected based on previous purchase of a different brand, they will serve their purpose. It's a good buy for the price. I've got a few deformed pieces, but they were extra. The 1400 pieces were intact. I am hoping that they will last for more than one school year, and I am contemplating to get one more set.

This was a great purchase! It came with a variety of colors, and a box to put them away after play. We enjoy creating with these little flakes and there is enough for me and my three kids to build our own design without running out. Thank you this has been an awesome purchase I appreciate you guys. ❣

In the description of product, it's said 1400 pieces, actually there's only 1297 pieces. Cheating!!!!🤬🤬ROBBERY!$$##@#$!!!

This is a great set for young kids (and probably older ones, too). My 4 YO loves playing with it, primarily to make jewelry. I imagine the older the child, the more sophisticated the builds will be. The flakes have many colors, and there are so many you can do a monochrome project or multi-colored. They lock together quite nicely (unlikely to fall apart unless pulled apart). They have a good thickness and are easy for little hands to grab. The storage container is sturdy and doesn't feel like it'll crack or come apart easily (the lid locks on, so no worries about it popping off while being carried and scattering hundreds of flakes all over). There are plenty of pieces, so you can build creations that are quite large. The instruction booklet just has photos of what can be built, but either the photos don't do them justice, or they just aren't good at building, but I didn't think a lot of the examples looked like what they were supposed to be, so you're probably better off free-styling it and ignoring the booklet.

Perfect for all ages, creative and fun! The discs are colorful and well made and our grandkids love them.
