Protein is good but causes a lot of foaming while mixing . Mixing 1 scoop of whey with 250 ml water fills up the shaker with foam, which makes it too inconvenient to drink.

I am usually quite hesitant to try something new, when it comes to supplements. As I have used the pre-workout from this brand and all the hype, I decided to give it a go. My feedback after 2 weeks of consuming:1) way too sweet2) not for sensitive stomach: after taking a serving, bloating and runny motions.3) a uneasy and cramping feel post consumption. This is something I have never felt before with taking nakpro and avvatar since past 4 years.So if you are someone like me who trains regularly and eats a clean healthy diet, then thus protein may not be for you. Try a sample first at least for a day and make your call. Train safe and be careful of what you feed your body. 🙏
