This item turned black and I’ve never worn it. Waste of money. Very disappointing.

I was looking for an engraved necklace that was not too Chunky and gaudy and not too yellow of a gold I'm so happy I came across this necklace! It's the perfect mix of daintiness and style The font is very readable but also still very pretty The necklace is not too heavy so perfect for everyday wear and the size is not too big not too small Great value for your money! The gold is a perfect shade and doesn't look fake. This is a perfect gift! Item also arrived on time:)

The pendant has already faded, a poor quality product that makes me embarrassed to give this to someone as a gift. The worst thing is that you can't get in touch with the seller. I tried several times. I needed to return this product and I did not receive any email to resolve the problem. Furthermore, the product is not part of Amazon.com's return policy (I was careless about this and now I'm at a loss)

I bought 7 of these to give as gifts and although I knew that there would be some time in between ordering and receiving them the turnaround was relatively quick considering it is a custom item. There are many fonts to choose from and when you're done selecting a font and entering the name you'd like, they show a preview of what the necklace would look like. This feature made all the difference in selecting the proper font and I couldn't be happier with the way the necklaces turned out.The only advice I have for someone who may be looking to purchase multiples like I did, is to place each order individually otherwise if you try to put a second one in the cart, you'll end up editing the first.

The names came out just like I wanted but the material is very cheap and quick to bend.My daughter's necklace broke the next day after she got it.

It's a cute pendant, good for gifts. And it comes in a little box. I ordered rose gold and size 18. However the material is thin and you can tell it's cheap. But if you don't care about that (like me), then it's perfect! I'm just afraid that perfume or sweat could stain it. I'll do an update after a couple of months. Thanks

There are obviously more upscale versions of this but they cause considerably more some of the reviews were pretty negative but I took a chance and I'm glad I did! She is thrilled with it! It looks great.. I have no complaints whatsoever. If this is for your adult girlfriend you probably want to upgrade it but if this is for a younger person who may or may not break it in the next couple months anyway... Why would you take a chance like that on the expensive one when this one looks great.
