14.4 Inch Vertical Screen Car Radio for Ford Raptor F150 2015-2022 F250 F350 F450 2017-2022 Android Auto Stereo Receiver Multimedia Player GPS Navigation Head Unit Tape Recorder (SYNC3)

Overall happy with the purchase. Installed on 2015 F150 XLT (not raptor). The issues I have had I had to reach out to beauty trees on WhatsApp but they got back with me in less than 24 hours. Screen is great and responsive. It functions just like an android tablet. I do not have a SIM card but Android auto works great and for everything else I use a hotspot from phone. Wireless Android Auto works great and takes about 10 seconds to sync after it boots up which takes about 10 seconds on start. Took about 2.5 weeks to ship to Hawaii. I don't use their original "homepage" and use the "modern style" which is just an android tablet interface. You have to use their mic so I mounted it just above the screen. It seems to work fine for phone calls and voice commands.Pros:Looks great and relatively easy to install.Most of the functions work on my truck.Fits great and looks good.You can choose from the amp on your truck or use theirs. Theirs sounds great.All steering wheel buttons function as normal.Hazard, traction control, and auto off buttons fit great and work.Customer service is responsive and helpful.You can turn off screen if you want.Auto dimming works so it doesn't blind you at night.Reverse camera looks much better blown up on screen.Radio still works.Android auto connects and works great.Cons:No manual comes with unit. You have to get installation JPGs from Beautytrees.Wheel button reprogramming function does not work.Crashes sometimes.Audio skips sometimes.Cannot update software in future. I assume it has to do with the APK they factory loaded.Can't turn off reverse camera guides so I "adjusted" them off screen.Doesn't use factory mic so you have to mount the one provided somewhere.Installation:Again no manual but fairly plug and play.You remove 3 modules: the factory small screen, a controller unit behind it, and the CD player. All adapters work great.You do have to remove your old circuit board from the SYNC 1 unit. USE PROVIDED SCREWS for remounting to new bezel or you will strip mounts.For SYNC 1 install you do not need the circuit boards for the original top screen buttons (volume, ECT).There is a good install video on YouTube for SYNC 3 and it is very similar to my install.No manual and some other random quirks made me want to give it 4 stars but the customer service was great so I'm going to forgive it and go with 5. I may put this video on YouTube if any other SYNC 1 people have questions.

DO NOT BUY THIS UNTIL YOU READ THIS REVIEW.. IMPORTANT... BUYER BEWARE !!!!!If you plan to use your steering wheel controls, or have a need for any support. DO NOT BUY THIS screen.The company's support team cannot understand English properly. Even if you use Google Translate to communicate in Chinese, they repeatedly send the same misunderstood responses and have no real concept of supporting this product. The support team is someone who's never used the product before. Then, they go to a Chinese engineer, and the delays are days on end.While this product seemed promising, the Android software is a total disaster.1. The NEXT TRACK and BACK TRACK buttons on the steering wheel do not work. They won't function with Spotify, CarPlay, Android Auto, or Pandora. I purchased two screens to get them to work, but the engineers messed up the CANBUS programming on this unit. I have three other cars with Android screens, and the steering wheel controls work perfectly on those.**Update** - now their engineers says that my specific F150 is the problem, that Ford trucks all have different software and they do not have a solution, I never heard of such an excuse. The Ford Sync software is the same per version (1,2,3), and yet, they want to say that its my trucks fault, this gives you a peak into what you are dealing with. So now its a total roll of the dice to rip your dash apart, see if it works, although every YoutTube video or other sellers, say this is not an issue, hmmm. again, you have non tech users, that do not know the software or product, trying to help customers, and its a huge waste of time.2. The USB ports are practically useless. While the screen can detect a USB drive, it won't let you copy anything to the screen's ROM, meaning you can't change backgrounds, logos, or anything else. Their lack of English comprehension makes resolving these issues impossible, and they clearly have no one knowledgeable about the product's support.**Update** Now I am told you have to use this Chinese app called EFileShare and not the Standard Android files app to do anything USB Related. I have asked to speak to their engineer via email or WeChat, with no reply; I am told that if I do not change this review, the customer service rep will be punished now, too, and I will not change this review till this company fix all the problems with the screen.You cannot connect other USB Devices to this screen, like any other Android, like a USB Dashcam, because of the USB Error that I have told them about; the USB Preferences section of the Android does not work; it's locked out. The steering wheel control programming, does not work, locked out, and I am sure I will find more.3. DO NOT BUY THIS Ford Screen until I update this review indicating they have fixed their software bugs. For the record, I am an engineer, so I have a good understanding of these issues. These sellers sell units but have no clue about the software that runs them. Until I can speak to their engineers, these problems will continue.PS. I suggest everyone use Nova Launcher (free app) on the Android app store (once you have the screen connected to wifi), to change the launcher of this screen, it will rid the screen of all the Chinese menus and horrible UI/UX experience, you can create your own dock, location, icon sizing, background and more.. tons of Youtube Videos out there on this.

Easy to install, many videos on how to install. Looks great. Fast movment between screens. Limited information on the web or tutorials on functionality of the apps it comes with. Absolutely no instructions on functionality with the unit.I Would love a break down on how too's on the unit. My OEM sync3 system mounts to the system which is neat. This allows you to go between your old and new. I don't like the phone on it. It sounds cheap in the speaker and people can't hear me very wellI don't like the GPS they send with it either. I have to shut down the blue tooth on the tab so I can answer the phone on the sync 3 system.I can watch TV and steam videos on it but some apps don't work on it. I would ask the company to offer how too videos withThe system and get better access to customer service

This was an early Christmas present, and wow, it is a very nice edition to my existing audio system,This was the sync 3 version, the installation was alittle more than I anticipated, but extremely simple, all the pieces were there, alittle relocation of existing parts hvac, knobs and the board,and of course the sync module, but all the information is there, I had to retain the existing cd player in my lariat, but I also have two external amps, running, I did contact the seller about an update, and it was sent right away, downloaded it and plugged it in an that was that. Overall, it's beautiful, huge, and a working Google pixel 3/6, 8 core 128 gig, and it runs on my Hotspot, we really like the unit, it's very cool, it'll take a bit to figure out all the features, but it has them all. 5***** Excellent, to have internet access in the car at all times, and the use of all the apps you want to download, the customer service is great, just take into consideration the time difference. I'll add pics later, but very happy with this purchase!!
