Unbelievably written
Anyone who has experience with chatGPT should surely recognise this is written mainly by this, repeating of the paragraphs and summary’s is so annoying. Although the tips are interesting the literation is bewildering.

Not worth picking up
The idea of the book is a good one, but the way it's written is the worst I've come across. I had to give up as there is so much repetition and not much in there that is actually helpful.

A quick (but good) read
A hole-in-one (could not resist that!) for anyone looking to elevate their golf game. This isn't your run-of-the-mill golf guide; it helps you understand how your mind is impacting your game, and it does a good job too. It's a compact, but well-written book.

Excellent advice for a tough mental game
I love golf, and I know how difficult it gets when you start losing your focus because you made a bad shot. This book is a great guide to change that. I like how the strategies in the book and the advice in health and nutrition. Even a beginner golfer would benefit from this book, as it helps to keep you "cool" while playing a tough game.

Highlights concepts that impact mastering the mindset, but lacks detail on how to achieve this.
I was looking forward to reading this book when I bought it based on the content and previous reviews. However, I was disappointed to find that every chapter repeated the same high-level concepts over and over, but in a different order. Perhaps that repetition was intended, but it made this book difficult and frustrating to read after the first few chapters .I was hoping for more detailed techniques to master mental toughness on the golf course . I appreciate that the author collected and organized this information in one product, and there were some useful tidbits, but overall I was disappointed as my expectations, based on the book title and description, were not met.

Insightful Helps for the Mental Game
The strength of this book is in identifying so many aspects of the mental game, which apply to golf or any other aspect of our lives. The only reason I don't give it 5 stars is it seems overly repetitious.

Boring
so badly written and full of repeats, looks like it was written by a robot. I was expecting some exercises to practice mindset for each topic but there are next to none
