My car is 13 years old and wanted to update the headunit to get android auto for a while now, but it does not have standard headunit setup. The radio and hvac controls are all integrated together so to replace the head unit with a touchscreen unit requires replacing a lot of the console plus additional adapters/connectors to keep all the oem functionality like steering wheel controls. All of this has kept me from updating the headunit, but this screen lets me add AA without all that work.Well worth the price. I'm using the AUX connection for audio and sound quality is great. Have had it for 2 months and it's been working great. Only takes about 10 seconds to auto connect to my phone after starting the car. Initial connection setup was quick and it has auto-connected every time since.The only issues I have had is that I can't get the auto dimming feature to work and now that summer is here the adhesive mount is loosening up in the heat. I reached out to customer service about the mount and they are going to send and updated mount to try.

Base is awful. Must use adhesive. I was going to make something but could never get AirPlay mirroring to work. Tried multiple phones. CarPlay seemed to work well and screen is nice and large. Returning it.After this review, company reached out and made things right for me. Very impressed with customer service.Net, if you don’t intend on using screen mirror and don’t mind using the sticker on your dash, I would recommend this unit.

So I bought one of these before from a different company thing was slow it lagged I had all kinds of problems soon I upgraded to this one thing works great it's quick it's responsive it runs off all the phones in my family and more importantly when I received it the camera didn't work babe I contacted the company they overnighted one back to me All in all great product they're actually under selling on price

For the sale price it was okay. But the installation needs to be reevaluated. Screewing to the car should not be an option just because they are not capable of a better solution to install to a vehicle. I believe that the whole holder option is locking flexibility. Here is an idea connecting any part of the arm instead of just the end. Yes you can introduce a different option that attaches to the arm and not using clamp type. Wow really!!! There you can use screws to the holder and carplay connection.

Can't connect to this and car at same time. I wanted to use Android auto for the map and my car for calls. But it won't do that. It will only connect consistently if I use it exclusively.I can only get it to do that If I forget my car allow it to connect to this screen. Then I add my car again as a phone. All that just for one drive. I have to do that every time.

Nice inexpensive way to add CarPlay to an older car. However, the backup camera has to be wired to your backup light which is not a beginner level task. And the AV cable needs to be dressed and hidden unless you want nstuff being tangled in it. nI got a quote from a professional installer for $200 minimum. I decided to return the unit. For these cheaper models they should just have an app on the touchscreen to turn the camera on and off and forgo the synch with the reverse light. The camera needs to be wireless too.

It would have been much too expensive to swap out the OEM radio in my car, this was a very attractive and budget friendly option, installation was easy and quick, wires were plenty long enough. I like that there are multiple audio output options, I personally went with still connecting to the stock radio through Bluetooth, this allowed me to still control the music with the steering wheel controls.
