This stuff is great! I have jet black hair that is a 3c curl type. With damp hair, I used my leave in conditioner and curl cream then used this wax as my styler “gel” to lock my curls in. I then diffused as usual. This wax is pretty stiff and didn’t make a “cast” per se in my curls, but there isn’t much frizz. I recommend using the product on damp hair or at least wet your hands before applying. That way it’s not clumped on your hair and weird. On my jet black hair the blue turned out beautiful! Can’t wait to try the red and purple next. I also didn’t need to use much! However, if you really want BLUE hair, you’d have to style your hair that would allow for a stiff pomade type look, this product is pretty thick to work into dry hair. This wax did NOT stain my hands or anything, it washes out VERY easily. Oh also it just smells like laundry detergent; not great but not bad at all. In the sun, this is very vibrant and super pretty!

The richness of the color depends on how much you apply. The more you apply the more cake like feeling your hair is. Once it’s applied you can’t run your fingers through it. It’s more like a finishing pomade to help define your curls. The finish is matte and not glossy as some photos make it seem. For me I can’t wear it more than the day I style it for. Easy to wash out, did not transfer to clothes as long as your hair stays dry.Best if applied to damp hair and hair scrunched to help the girls set in. I don’t recommend putting any styling products in hair before this pomade as your hair will feel really heavy and caked on with products by the time you get the color pomade spread through to achieve color visibility on dark hair.

Boy did this get on everything 😩. I would recommend not using this unless you plan on being VERY aware of where you will place your head. Because whatever you place your head on...will turn blue. It does get the job done if you want/need blue hair. And it was for an 8yo, she got to “dye” her hair and for that it’s worth it. I kept it and will use again; a lot less and for a VERY short period of time. Also, not a moisturizer.

Washes out immediately if you don't like it which is great and doesn't hurt my curls.However it can rub off after it dries which is annoying. Day 2 I put my hair up in a pony tail and my hands had a blue hue and my neck had some blue on it. It also leaves a hard gel-like feeling which is kind of gross. When I applied it to my freshly cleaned curls it felt just like the name which is waxy. Doesn't dry soft either. I will not be purchasing this again.Yes the color is vibrant and pretty depending on how much you use. I didn't use as much as during application as I wasn't liking the feeling or texture it was leaving my hair in. I would believe it would be good for Halloween though 🤷🏽‍♀️

Got this for my son because he likes the color blue, and he wanted blue hair for awhile. We tried the color that washes out in like 10 washes, but it didnt work in his hair. And i refuse to buy the stuff that's permanent. When I found this I figured I'd give it a try and WOW! Kiddo likes it, it's the right Sonic blue for him. And I love that it washes off hands easily and hair! It's a win win with this momma!

Love the product I have black straight hair. The coverage was great use a blow dryer to set the product which is colored wax perfumed heavily . I wore it for 3 days minor transfer to pillow case washed right out. Great for temporary vibrant color.

This product is great for the person that likes dramatic changes. It applies easily and I use a comb and dip the end of the comb into the product and use it like an applicator then once I see that I’ve added enough product, I comb the product through the hair in every direction L to R, R to L, F to B, B to F. Use your comb to keep the color restricted to certain areas ( ex: if you’re wanting to color a Mohawk.) For short hairstyles the product provides just enough hold to get it into the style you want then I use a strong hold hairspray to protect the product from moisture, keep the style and it also provides a barrier preventing most color transfer to things like a headrest etc.it rinses out completely just using water and the colorDoesn’t stain.

My son loves this dye. He goes to a school where hair dye is not allowed but he loves color so this allows him to use it off hours and rinse it for school. He has used it twice and loves the bright color (his hair is very dark brown), and also that it is like gel giving his hair detail. He did mention he didn't know how it would work for girls since it is pretty stiff when dry.I'm sure he will buy more when he uses this up.

These colors are bright and vibrant as long as you put them on thick... which takes longer to dry but worth it. Took half hour in the sun... she doesn't like the gair dryer lol The last pic is when it was still wet. Once dry the color didn't transfer onto clothes or anything else. It dries crunchy but if you take the time to comb/brush it out it will go soft. I didn't bother doing that.I used my bare hands to apply it and the color washed off my hands easy with just warm water.

Left an extremely bad rash on my entire body after washing it out. Had to go to emergency because of it. I would NOT recommend buying this product at all. Unless you want big itchy huge hives for 6 weeks.

No as simple as use as they advertised. It’s pasty and chunky and not manageable even within minutes of being applied, and once is dried.

This stuff is amazing turns hair blue has a nice scent and washes out easy

Rubs off on things but that's to be expected from something you don't rinse out
