As some reviewers have said, what you get is not what is pictured. The stick you get folds back to open and the usb part does not have a metal surround. the four shiny metal strips on this device must face towards the middle of the usb port not towards the outside where the spring is. Put it in the wrong way round and it will go in, but it will not work.My old laptop was showing me the dreaded blue screen and then was only available in safe mode. No restore point available.As soon as you switch your computer on press F12 repeatedly until you are presented with the boot options menu. use the arrows and press return to select boot from usb. when you next restart with the stick in position it will start to work. On my machine, which had until then defeated my IT friends - I couldn't find my installation disc - it told me it was incompatible after I selected the repair option. I them opted to cancel and as the machine shut down, I removed the usb stick. My laptop then restarted normally and has been absolutely fine ever since.How it fixed it, I will never know.

Below was my original review. However after about a month, my Windows says that the copy it's not genuine. Even though I put in the right Key. My background turns black and I get this error "Windows 7 build 7601 not genuine" on the bottom right of my screen. First I gave this product 5 stars, now 1, as it's clearly not genuine.The USB does not look like in the photo. It's a metal one. It has a bit of instruction on how to make it start up in the BIOS. Other than that to install you just need to know what you're doing. But the USB worked well and it did what it said. It also has all version of Windows 7 on it. Just make sure you have your original key that came with your PC. Thanks to the seller. 5 Stars.

It has more than windows 7 on it when using it, you can get a whole range of window OS versions on it, but other than that, it is a OS stick and thats all it does.

after two days trying to repair laptop got computer repaired else ware ,but it seemed to be working seller ask me to ring him with no number

Got a new Laptop with windows 10 (that I hate). So got this nice, quality aluminium housed stick of IMO the best Windows ever. Installed SO quickly compared to optical media (no slow Data fetching of DVD) and was up and running in 20 mins or so. Luckily I had a trusty backup of my Atheros Wifi Driver on a USB stick as this version of windows Does Not download your drivers for you (the Seller did state this in importance).my, new laptop came with a Windows 10 key embedded in the BIOS. So had to get a Win7 key (bare this in mind if you want to retroOS your Machine,). Microsoft has stated they are not updating 7 after Jan 2020 regarding security updates. Oh well.will have to take the plunge then. Thanks LUIS for a perfect, product.

Did not help with my problem but worth a try anyway, also not packaged as shown in add !! will probably just use as a 16GB Flash Drive. fast delivery.time.

Didnt need to use it in the end after installing new win7 software! keeping it as emergency tool though, reserve my thoughts till I need it :) quick delivery and had to change delivery address last minute, excellent service from seller
