It Fits !
Just received the spools and gave a quick try out. The caps and spools both fit like OEM, and the spools seem to be working fine. If anything changes I’ll update the review, but for now it’s a definite ***Recommend***

Do not work properly
The blue caps rub the top of the spool thus inhibiting line release. In all, the product is of no use with my Kobalt weed wacker.

Great price and sturdy!
I've bought a couple of "off brand" string spools for my kobalt trimmer because the branded ones are so darn expensive but some of the off brands seem to be very brittle. This one is not! I'm very happy with the cutting and lasting of the string as I trim and the price is great!

Not remotely similar to the kobalt 40V Cordless - will not fit
In spite of this item offering stating:"Perfect fit: Compatible with Kobalt KST 120X/KST 120X-06 string trimmer and Kobalt 40V Cordless String Trimmer."I can attest that this does not in any way fit my Kobalt 40V Cordless string trimmer.Bummer because I thought it would be a good deal but they're useless for this model and the offering should be updated accordingly.
