The depth of flavour is perfectly balanced with the heat..its not so hot that it overtakes everything and impairs the taste..it's just sooo tasty..addictive..even its viscosity is perfect..this company's range is all brilliant, I've bought 4 of their varieties so far, all of them fantastic. Just wish their entire range was available on Amazon.Stock up with it! Beaver Brand beats every condiment I've ever tried!

If you are a fan of American food, you need this. When I say American food, I mean Southern food. Everything comes alive with this sauce, be it properly done brisket, ribs, dogs and burgers. Not too 'nasally' hot like English mustard or Japanese wasabi but there is a bit of a kick but this is rounded off with a sweetness. Similar to German mustard which I guess is how it came into the US in the first place!

It arrived on time but it wasn't packed very well. I had to return it though because it contains GMO ingredients.

I bought this because I had it in a restaurant and liked the flavour. It is reasonably hot but does not burn my mouth. Great flavour

This is a great tasting mustard. Exactly what the label says...sweet and hot. It is not an overpowering taste on either description. Love this as a dip for chicken, for sandwiches hamburgers, etc. It is now our favorite mustard.

Yeah this is absolutely vile, bought to try for a recipe, it went straight in the bind, really, don’t do it

It's nice but the jalapeño flavour is better in my opinion
