Noticeably helps joints, fatigue and brain fog.
Bought them to help with perimenopausal joint pain in hands and within a few days I noticed an improvement. A week later my joints are so much better with a lot less pain that I'm able to use hands almost normally again.Additionally I've seen a significant improvement in brain fog and energy level that I wasn't expecting. have helped with energy levels and body temperature.
Have suspected for some time that I may have a bit of an underactive thyroid. Constantly feeling extremely cold and a lack of energy. These have definitely made a difference, temperature regulation is definitely improved and getting up in the morning is less difficult. like the fact they are organic and 100% kelp, read the ingredients a lot of the alternatives contain other stuff to bulk them out

I tale sea kelp for my thyroid. It is important that is organic. Easy to swallow, pleasant taste and when I open the capsule you can taste the sea. Made me feel better very quickly. Totally recommend.

Real iodine
I'm purchasing this sea kelp for a second time. First time after using it my thyroid blood test showed good results. Few months later I'm using it again.

Work okay but….
These did not have a long sell by date on them, only a few months, so will be disposing of any that are left after that date. Other than that they seem to work okay, I have not had any bad reactions to them and do seem positive in stimulating hair growth quite quickly.
