This xsto has to be put together literally! It comes w/ instructions more on how to walk it than how to finish building it! ( fuses, wires, screws that don't fit, to go WHERE?) I am very disappointed in this cart!Don't buy it.

Bringing groceries up the stairs.

I wish that the front wheels spun or something, just something to make this turn easier. I use this for laundry and while it makes it easier to get multiple loads done at once, one wrong move during a turn and the entire cart tips over.

My only complaint is the basket was too small so I took it apart and strapped on a large laundry basket. The switches were backward on mine (up is down and down is up, fast is slow and slow is fast), but that’s not a big deal. Maybe the labels are on wrong. Anyway, it’s been a game changer. I have bad knees and hate doing more than one trip up and down the stairs carrying a load, but with this I can do it all day!

This product is way too bulky and such a small basket! Not worth the time and effort you have to put into using this gadget

Yeah it climbs but you have to lug this thing around in the first place... it is HEAVY. If you can manage to haul and deploy this HEAVY object, I don't see why you need this device to move things upstairs for you in the first place. In fact, this device weighs more than the carrying capacity! It's a joke.All things considered - this is useless. Not when the device weighs so much to begin with.
