Leaks and vendor support is non-existent
The product works and is pretty nice. Price is excellent. However, the cell leaks and vendor won't return any e-mails, or answer online chat, or respond to the contact form on their website. I think they went out of business or they simply ignore customers.

Hard to really say much on this beyond the basics
Tried to use this as an alternative to my chlorinate pool build however in the end its not going to work.Set up initially was something I thought I could do but eventually I had too many problems so I brought my pool service company in for this job. After a short time they had it up and running but had a few issues to say the least. We tried to see how it would do over a few weeks but sadly it keep failing to operate and even with a few trouble calls and times back out to the home it didn't take long to see a green pool which ultimately needed to be shocked and cleaned and basically turned back over to a simple chlorine pool using a basic chlorinator.
