Nice quality
Nice quality weight set. I like the versatility of the set and the ease of use. Quick to easy to adjust the weight just twist and clink into place. There’s a lot of exercises you can do with the weights too as they can be used with a short or long bar.Currently priced at just under £140 which I feel is very reasonable for the price.

Essential for a home gym
I have friends with similar gym equipment to this, and I've always been jealous of it.This is super useful - though I didn't realise it can be used as a dumbbell and extended and used as a bar too.It's very easy to put together - it comes assembled as a dumbbell. there are pieces to turn it into a longer bar.The mechanism of twisting the hand to select the weight has a satisfying click to is and feels good quality.It doesn't look ugly when not in use either.I'm impressed
