The shorts are comfortable and true to size. They appear to be well made. However, the price seems a bit steep for what you get. However since the cancer surgery I need the protection they provide.

Has pad that is sewn in and will bunch after wash! Very expensive for the item

These feel like normal underwear. A good next step in my journey with incontinence after surgery.

They are good and convenient for me.

I’m recovering from prostate surgery and still have a small amount of dripping once I’m “done” urinating. I’ve been using pads to absorb the drips but one, I hate seeing the pads, two I feel they’re terrible for the environment. These briefs look great and offer the little protection I need. I don’t know how they’d be for moderate protection. Also, I’m a size 32 waist and they fit perfectly. They might be baggy for someone with a 30 waist. Overall I’m VERY happy with these and am going to buy another pack.

The diaper inside the shorts absorbs the urine well enough.

As someone who tends to have a minimal urinary leakage problem at times this product looks and feels great. I love the fact it doesn't look like a diaper but absorbs and protects like one. I would argue this product is even better than a diaper because if looking from outside in or inside out you would think its a boxer brief along with the fact you wash many times over like normal boxer briefs.

If you only need a few hours for a nap, or to shop, they’re fine. Not for long! The urine drips through the seams before morning.
