Great Bargain
The Sound-Reducing Tiles (White, 18 pack) work better than expected, are of much better quality than expected, and are easier to mount than expected! We have a 20 y/o autistic daughter who just moved to her own apt. With exceptional sound sensitivity, she was been getting headaches and anxiety due to a nearby laundry room that produces loud clanging from the dryer and churning from the washer. We purchased these tiles, hoping they'd dull the sounds enough to help her relax. The picture is mid-way in mounting the tiles down the door and along the adjoining wall. First of all, these are slightly smaller than an exact 12x12, which is standard even for boards. (No problem!) Secondly, they stick VERY well! The door was a thick glossy varnished wood and even Command Hooks would not remain on it, but the tiles adhered well! The adjoining wall is a kitchen wall with a medium orange-peel texture and the tiles adhered to that too! The tiles look quite sharp/modern and bright on the door and wall - a great improvement! Later that day, our daughter said she went out into the hallway to take out her trash and was surprised to discover the washer had been going! She hadn't heard the sounds from inside her apt as before. She waited for the dryer to start to determine if the tiles blocked the loud, high-pitched clanging of metal jean buttons banging over and over on the dryer drum. She had to walk into the kitchen and stand 3 feet from the door before she could make out the muffled sounds. She then opened the door and sure enough, the dryer was clanging LOUDLY! Our daughter went back inside her apt and texted that she is certain she can now relax inside her apt because"the tiles did the trick!" These tiles need an Exacto knife or a Box Cutter and ruler to be trimmed (As we did along the right edge of the door). The tiles are not flimsy or cheap; some quietening tiles are made of foam and soft, but these are firm and compressed. They take a bit of muscle to slice them, but the results are stellar. Easy to install, beautiful, and a solid 4 out of 5 for sound buffering.

Aesthetically cloth looking hexagon tiles
They cancel some in the room, its evident that it "does" work. I think these in a double thick 18x36 inch size would be considerably more practical. These are just aesthetic mostly. And that's if they all stick. Not all mine would stay on the wall, had 3-4 keep falling off. Gonna have to use a different sticker backing i think in the end.

Yes! Yes! And Yes Again!
This product is fantastic, inexpensive, and does a solid job at reducing noise. After installing, I would feel like I was going deaf in the ear facing the material - that's how good of a job it does at reducing noise. Purchased to reduce laundry room noise since I could hear it throughout my entire apartment and post-install everything is much, much quieter. I can't speak to the product's adhesion because I was apprehensive to use it since most cheaper adhesives leave a silly amount of residue or rip paint which makes for a cumbersome project. Instead, I decided to use Scotch's 3M indoor fastener strips (it comes in 15 foot roles for around $20). This holds the panels perfectly and it will rip of clean when you need to take them down. All in all, panels + fastener strips wound up costing me about $40 per door. Well worth the cost.

They’re okay
These are okay. They don’t really dampen the sound, and it’s very difficult to adhere to a surface. They look nice, but they’re also kind of expensive for what it is, and never go on sale.

Se ve bien
Se ven muy bien, aunque supongo que para que funcione lo del sonido sería necesario cubrir un área más grande
