Great for snacks
I was looking for an insulated container to take snacks to work. I'm trying to force myself to more healthy snacks rather than candy from the neighborhood convenience store, so I decided to take fresh fruit. Only problem is that it's not always convenient to go to the fridge to grab my snacks during my shift. This worked out perfectly. I put the the bottom part of the thermos in the fridge before bed, then when I get up, I chop up some fresh fruit and throw it in the chilled bowl, screw the top on and toss it into my backpack. By the time I start to feel hungry, it can pull this out and I got myself some cold fresh fruit to snack on. Plus, it's large enough that I can put a decent amount of food in there.

Not for small hands
I really like this little thermos. I use it to keep my fruit bites cold, it's been great for that (haven't tried hot foods yet - but I'm sure it'll work just as well). If I could improve it, it would be to put some decorative indentions around the exterior to make it easier to grip and hold.

Don't buy.
The media could not be loaded. The size is okay. However, it's NOT leak proof and it doesn't hold the heat for more than 2 hours. I am very disappointed with this product's quality. I wouldn't recommend.
