This is a well made strainer and price was cheaper on Amazon than at local department store. It is extra large so if you have a large sink this should work when you pull out the handles. My sink is small so I do not have to use the handles. It is great to place on top the sink and pour into this strainer as opposed to the one I had to hold. A great buy.

This is perfect. Very adjustable and fits across my wide sink with ease. I use it to strain pasta and wash vegetables. Works very well and clean up is a breeze. I hand wash mine. Not sure if it is dishwasher safe or not. Its thick enough so I don't see why it wouldn't be,

These are Well made, good size with extendable handles. Bought one for our camper and the wife wanted another one for the house.

I'm rating this only 4 stars because for ME it's too big! That not their fault. It is a very convenient colander. It collapses & expands easily & take up little space in my cabinet. Just trying to drain things with this rather large, square colander is just awkward for me. It'd be a better for us if it were maybe circular. But if you're cooking for a large family and maybe need a bigger Size then this is perfect. I like the red color gives a boost of fun in my otherwise tuxedo kitchen.I haven't tried it in dishwasher which is another reason for me the size is too big. Hard to wash it in the sink. I love the expanding handles. Those make it nice to hold onto and up out of the sink while draining cooked food. No backwash! 😊If you have a larger, single sink you'll have no issues using and or washing this.

Es un poco tosco, todo es de plástico, he visto algunos otros de mejor calidad, sin embargo me ayuda bastante con el spaguetti
