I was looking for a cocktail dress and fell into this one and glad I did! I'm 5'3" about 165 and this fit perfectly. The tie feature helps hide tummy issues. It was hot the day I wore it but I was very comfortable. The color was beautiful and I got so many compliments. The top is a wee bit sheer so make sure to wear a nude colored bra. I did learn that you can't commit a crime in this dress b/c some sequins fell off. I dropped it off for dry cleaning so we'll see how it held up.

I’m 5’8, 150lbs, athletic build. This dress is perfect for a night out. The style and black sequins are on point. Flattering fit, tie waist that hides my mom pooch and a slight sleeve to make you feel comfortable with the off the shoulder side. Not scratchy at all but the sequins do seem to snag easily.

I just received this little number and it's so pretty. The fit is perfect for a curvy gal with larger arms. Hides all the right spots. The stretch material moves with you. I am 5"3 and the dress hits just above my knee. I ordered the black silver color, but have the Rose Red on order hoping it's not to see through. I trusted the measurements on the size chart and went with a large when I normally wear XL. The Large fits perfectly-- now just to decide which color to wear for an upcoming event. This is perfect for formal event or fun night out. My only concern is if the sequins will be an issue sitting for a long period. It seems to be well made and is a great value.

I purchased this dress for New Year's Eve and wanted to love it. However, I have a longer torso and the dress was just too short in the waist. It also did not drape at the top or sleeve as pictured in the listing (possibly due to being too short). The sequins were silver and it looked well-made, but the underlying dress fabric was white, so from a distance, it just looks like a sparkly white dress instead of silver. The fabric had nice stretch and the length was perfect on my 5'8" frame, falling to slightly above my knees. Sadly, I will be returning.

I never wear sequins, or off-the-shoulder styles for that matter, but I’d had a hard time finding something to wear to my cousin’s wedding and thought this was super fun, so stepped out of my comfort zone and took a chance on the dark purple (I think it’s called purple-black). I ordered the XXL (I’m 5’5 and wear a size 18 usually) and it fit perfectly. At the wedding, not just members of my family, but complete strangers (both men and women, including two of the bar tenders!) would stop me (while I was in line for the bathroom, or in the midst of posing for a group photo, waiting to get to the buffet, and even while grooving on the dance floor) to tell me how amazing I looked and what an awesome dress it was. I felt like a million bucks before I even got to the wedding, so hearing others thought it was as fantastic as I felt in it just confirmed my own feelings. I don’t think I’ve ever received so many compliments.Other notes: some reviews mention the sequins snagging on things: while I can see how they might be an issue, I didn’t experience that. I did wear my hair up to prevent my hair getting wrapped around some of them. But I didn’t have any issues with the dress being damaged in other ways; I caught one of my rings and a bracelet on the dress a couple of times but the dress wasn’t harmed at all. It’s not heavy and was easy to move around in. The side zipper is hard to find, but does help getting the dress on/off.For whatever reason, Amazon isn’t letting me post a second photo, but the sequins had a fun iridescence to them that reflected the light in really cool ways. Seriously, if you are on the fence, buy it!

I sing with a jazz band and this was the perfect dress for performance at a gala this week! I have gotten SO many compliments on the style and the colored sequins. Flattering fit with the tie waist and a bit of a sleeve. I normally wear a size 10 which I think falls under M for this dress but I sized up to a L and it was perfect. Had a feeling it would run small. You have to take care not to snag the sequins; they want to catch when your arm is down at your sides. Only negative I can report. Otherwise a great buy that looks like you spent way more $

This dress is pretty well made. I will say the liner on the side where the sash ties droops a bit if you tie it tight. The dress is far disco-ballier than it appears in the ad. I knew it was sequins all over but thought they looked less sequiny. Anyway, it looks good on everyone else in the reviews but I felt like a sack of potatoes. Also, all of those little sequins are like a million little insulator plates keeping my body heart in. I live in Florida so sadly she’s going back. But it is very pretty, just not for me. Also, in this picture it looks like I have no boobs. I wish it had that effect on my gut instead of the girls. And yes I did photoshop a different head on it becasue I looked like a potato. For reference I’m 5’11”, about 215 lbs and this is an XL. It fit fine.

I ordered this dress in X-Large and it was too big. Reordered in a large and it fits perfect. I got so many compliments on this dress.. it’s a beautiful dressI’m 5’2 and weigh about 168.
