I have always Brought Cheese From This Company At The Great British Food Festivals My Favorite Is The 'Sticky Toffee Heaven ' Heaven Indeed. It's Unlike an other Cheese you'll ever taste and only available from this company. On it's own or with there caramelized Onion chutney Yum Yum. Unusual, but rather good!
