I purchased two of these pillows in king medium. One is perfect and I love it. The other did not “re-inflate” at all. I was really hoping that these would work. It been a week and the pillow still hasn’t come into its proper shape. Trying to contact customer service to see what they’re willing to do.

Save yourself some stress by reading the item description: "Please note that sometimes, a king-sized pillow might take more than a week to reach its ultimate cozy state." Yes, I was dismayed at how utterly flattened and compressed it was on arrival (one inch thick at the most compressed end!). I massaged and fluffed it, kneading it like bread dough, then put it in the dryer on no-heat air fluff for an hour and it reached it's advertised dimensions (whew!). It is still slightly concave in the middle, but I trust it will puff up over time. That said, this pillow feels like velvet cake! I love how supportive, cooling, and bouncy it is. I've been using firm, high-quality duck feather pillows for several years and needed an upgrade due to a more stressful daily schedule and tension in my neck during sleep. I have a latex topper on my bed so I knew I loved the feel of this bouncy material. I find the natural rubber scent appealing, but not all do. I also find this pillow calming and supportive, like a silky-soft teddy bear. Delicious, honestly. Like sleeping on lemon sponge cake!

Following a friend's recommendation, I ordered two king pillows from this brand. The international delivery was surprisingly swift, and the boxes had an appealing, gift-like appearance. However, one of the pillows appeared compressed and smaller than the pillowcase, causing some concern. To my surprise, after spending 2-3 days in a dark room, it magically expanded to match the pillowcase size. Now, almost five days later, both pillows have fully fluffed up. I prefer the medium-soft one for reading and TV, while the soft one is perfect for sleeping. Despite the initial compression issue, the overall product quality appears to be very high. The pillow isn't too tall, which suits me well as I'm not a big person, yet it's thick enough to support my head and neck adequately. The comfort level is excellent, with no unpleasant smells detected, and the very soft cotton pillowcase adds to my satisfaction. Thus, I'm happy with the purchase and recommend it!

Returned these king pillows. I could hardly get them out of the baggies and they didnt breathe fast and were hard pressed to get there in 3 days. One pillow had a folded area that wouldn't straighten out.

I'll start with "don't buy". 5 days in and it failed to expand to king size length. Also no more than 5 inches thick instead of 7 inches. Deformed in the center. Worst pillow I have ever seen. I wouldn't find it suitable for a dog.

This is a firm pillow that I find very comfortable as a back and side sleeper. I deducted a star because it took over a week for this king pillow to fully expand to size -- not the 24 hours suggested by the manufacturer. Just be aware. Other than that, it is perfect for me.

Being solid foam there's no shifting under your head. So comfortable for side sleepers. Head does sink in pillow.

The pillow never expanded even after 24th it also looked like the package was opened prior to receiving it. Disappointed.

Pillows did not expand. Going to return.
