Haven't tried them on yet, but did just receive my delivery today. Too bad I received 3 muscle shirts and only 1 t-shirt style.

I am already fairly slim and in decent shape, but I have a few trouble spots like some small love handles. I have always wanted to try out one of these compression shirts to see what it could do. So this product probably does what any other does but just did not meet my expectations. They seem well made but man! What a squeeze to get into. And then it is fairly uncomfortable to wear for long periods. Finally, I did not notice much if any difference in the mirror when wearing it under a shirt. So, not something that will be useful for me. Maybe better for someone with moobs anr something that would look better if flattened out.

While this item is promoted as both a compression shirt and as an exercise enhancer, it's really just a compression shirt similar to Spanx. It will make you look slightly slimmer, but as far as moobs are concerned, it doesn't really hide them that well. The fabric is very breathable and could definitely be used while working out to keep things from flopping around, but I don't see where it will do anything to actually enhance your workout.I've used these shirts for a few days now and in all honesty, aside from a very slight slimmer look, the only thing that I've found them very useful for is to make breathing a tad more difficult due to the compression. If you're just looking to "lose" about an inch around your body, this is the shirt for you. Otherwise, just exercise and eat less.

These shirts do exactly what they are supposed to do - I hate them :)Honestly these shirts do the job they were meant to do. I am 6'1 @190 with a middle-aged dad-belly, I ordered a large. These shirts suck everything right in, almost to the point where you need to adjust your breathing. I guess this is what one of those corsets that women sometime wear feels like. In fact, because these shirts work so well, they are encouraging me to exercise more and take better control of my diet, just so I can stop feeling like I need to wear these.Seriously though, they do work well, and if you are like me and are starting to see a bit of that middle-age, mid-region spread, I do recommend them.

The media could not be loaded.  So I know this is how these shape wears are supposed to fit they're supposed to be tight and to be fair I probably just need to give it a little more time and need to get used to it. Maybe it's cuz I'm used to pulling shirts over the top of my head not pulling them up over my legs to my upper body that kind of threw me off, but I'm sure that's the way it's done and that's probably the proper way of putting it on. Again just not something I'm used to. Again they they were tight and that's how they are supposed to be for any kind of shapewear. I'm going to try them again. You do get five of them you get two black tank top and one black T and you get one white tank top and one white T.

There's good compression with these shirts and it's great that they are in a 5 pack. The compression is pretty tight but I am not sure if it's the compression or the sizing is a little small. I like the variety in the shirts in the pack and I think they make me look a little better. I would recommend for big kids like me.

These Odoland 5 Pack Men's Body Shaper Tummy Slimming Short Sleeve Vest Set, are really nice. It comes in a pack of five in case you want to share or in case you want to wear one. Every day you work out instead of re-wearing the sweaty one you just worked out and they fit very tight around the body exactly as expected and the compression is actually quite comfortable. Somehow it made me feel a little cooler, rather than hotter. Beautiful set of #5, so thank you very much!

These are good forming shirts. They have no noticable seams. They are comfortable to wear. Great value.
