They have few unnecessary additives and are suitable for vegans — the vegan diet can sometimes be relatively low in B vitamins, including Biotin. They’re medium strength - you can choose to take one or two gummies per day, which usefully means you can take less than the maximum dose if you’re also taking a multivitamin which includes Biotin.It’s a big bottle of gummies and will last between 2 and a half and five months. Good value for money and a very easy way to take this particular vitamin.
