Falling apart after 4 months
The bag is falling apart after 4 months. I'll never buy another one.Update:I was able to contact Dickies and they replaced the backpack with a different version. Thank you standing behind your products.

Not durable, not worth it
I ordered this bag to carry a thermos of water and a thermos of tea to work as well as a few other small items. It was never stuffed full and never thrown around yet it ripped between the main pouch and the smaller pencil pouch in the front. The main compartment zipper would frequently get caught on the inside material and jam, this caused a couple of the zipper teeth to break off. This was all in the first 6 weeks. It's not durable at all, and a complete waste of money.

The worst
The media could not be loaded. These bags are horrible , I returned the first bag because the zipper broke the day it arrived. They sent another one and now this one broke. Do not waste your money or time

Smaller than he thought it was going to be
Still love it but not as large as he thought so can’t use it for school like he hopes but my son uses it for basketball.

WE ONLY HAD IT 5 MONTHS BEFORE IT BROKE
It's a cute bag and a popular brand, but it didn't last my daughter 5 months of school before it broke. I am sad I spent so much money on it. The zipper broke on it. She does carry a lot of stuff in her backpack, but still. I thought it should last her at least one school year!

Looks nice, but pockets rip
Overall the backpack is really nice. It's very roomy with big zippered pockets. Just don't put anything heavier than a phone in them. The material will tear and leave you with a new zippered hole.

Cheap piece of junk
Zippers failed after about a week, cheaply made not sturdy at all! Don’t waste your money. If I could give it less than 1 star I would. Dickies should be ashamed to put their name on this terrible product.
